On June 23, Lu Songming, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director-General of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, led a delegation to Saideite Biotechnology for a special inspection focused on innovation in cell therapy research and development. The team visited the company’s GMP‑standardized laboratories and gained detailed insights into the progress of platforms for innovative cell therapy drug development, scale‑up of manufacturing processes, and the full‑process quality control system. During the visit, both sides held in‑depth discussions on ways to further strengthen the integration of industry, academia, research, and medicine, and to promote full‑chain technological innovation and the translation of research outcomes into clinical applications in the field of immune cell therapy.
